Service Description

Witness Only appointments are for clients who need a witness signature without notarization. No notarial act is performed during this service. If your document requires notarization, please book Online Notary (RON) or Mobile Notary instead. For notarizations, clients must bring any required witnesses. If your document requires notarization, please book Online Notary (RON) or Mobile Notary instead. Clients are responsible for confirming whether their document needs notarization or witnesses. Pricing: $25 appearance fee + travel (mileage $0.725/mile round-trip +$5 flat fee; parking/tolls at cost). Payment: Due at appointment (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Includes: on-site appearance, identity confirmation with host/firm, and signing as “Witness.” Not included: notarization, legal advice, document prep/printing, or courier. Cancellation Policy

WITNESS SERVICE POLICY (NON‑NOTARIAL) 1) SERVICE SCOPE Witness Service provides an impartial witness for document signings. Notarization is not included and not performed under this service. 2) CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES You are responsible for confirming: • how many witnesses are required, and • whether witnesses must be independent. If notarization is required, you must also book Mobile/In‑Person Notary. 3) APPOINTMENTS Witness service is by appointment only. Please ensure all parties are present and ready at the scheduled time. 4) CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULING There is no cancellation fee when you cancel in advance (before travel begins). If travel has begun for your scheduled appointment, travel fees apply even if the appointment is canceled, rescheduled, or cannot be completed due to the signer not being present/ready, access issues, or document delays. 5) TRAVEL FEES (IF TRAVEL HAS BEGUN) Travel fee: $0.725 per mile (round trip) + $5. Mileage is calculated round trip from APG 21005 to the appointment location and back. Travel fees are quoted and agreed to before travel begins. 6) RIGHT TO REFUSE Service may be refused if the request appears improper or if conditions are unsafe or outside scope.
