Remote Online Notarization Information
Remote Online Notarization may require identity verification, credential analysis, Knowledge-Based Authentication, audio-video communication, electronic signing, electronic document processing, and secure recordkeeping through an approved remote online notarization platform.
Information submitted for a RON appointment may also be processed by the remote online notarization platform used to complete the session. That platform may have its own privacy policy, terms, and data handling practices.
Witness-Only Services
If you request witness-only services, I may collect information needed to schedule and confirm the appointment, including the appointment location, number of signers, general document type, and related communication details.
Witness-only service is separate from notarization. If I serve as a witness for a document, I cannot also notarize that same document.
Apostille and Authentication Courier Requests
For apostille and authentication courier requests, I may use the information you provide to review general routing steps, destination country information, document status, and possible government or agency processing needs.
I do not issue apostilles or authentications. Apostilles and authentications are completed by the appropriate government office or agency.
I do not guarantee acceptance by any agency, embassy, school, court, foreign government, business, or receiving party.
