On-site notarization for acknowledgments, jurats/affidavits, oaths/affirmations, and signature witnessing. Pricing: $8 per notarized signature + $0.725/mile (round-trip) + up to $5 travel. Payment: Due at appointment (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). What to bring: Valid government photo ID; documents must be complete (no blanks). Cancellation Policy

MOBILE / IN‑PERSON NOTARY BOOKING POLICY 1) APPOINTMENTS All mobile notary services are by appointment only. Your appointment time is reserved once confirmed. 2) SIGNER REQUIREMENTS • All signers must be physically present at the appointment time. • Each signer must present valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID. • The signer must be willing, alert, and able to communicate at the time of notarization. • We cannot notarize if the signer is unwilling, unable to communicate, or identification is insufficient. 3) DOCUMENT READINESS • Documents must be complete and ready to sign. • Do not sign documents in advance unless your document instructions explicitly allow it. • You are responsible for confirming what your receiving party requires. We do not provide legal advice or select your notarial certificate. 4) WITNESSES If witnesses are required, you are responsible for confirming how many are needed and whether they must be independent. If you request witness service, it must be scheduled in advance and is subject to availability. 5) CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULING There is no cancellation fee when you cancel in advance (before travel begins). If travel has begun for your scheduled appointment, travel fees apply even if the appointment is canceled, rescheduled, or cannot be completed due to: • signer not present, • signer not ready, • missing/insufficient ID, • documents incomplete/not ready, • refusal to sign, • incorrect address or access issues. Travel is considered ‘begun’ when the notary departs for the appointment. 6) TRAVEL FEES (IF TRAVEL HAS BEGUN) Travel fee: $0.725 per mile (round trip) + $5. Mileage is calculated round trip from APG 21005 to the appointment location and back. Travel fees are quoted and agreed to before travel begins. 7) ADDRESS CHANGES If the appointment address changes after booking, travel fees may change and must be re-quoted and agreed before travel begins. 8) RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE Service may be refused or stopped if identification is insufficient, the signer is not willing/aware, or the request is outside notarial standards.
